The oil refinery of Aktobe Neftepererabotka LLP is located in the industrial zone of one of the most economically promising regional centers of Kazakhstan - the city of Aktobe. The plant first received crude oil in March 2011. In April of the same year, the first batch of petroleum products was sold. The installed capacity of the 1st stage of the oil refinery is 150 thousand tons per year. In 2014, construction and installation work on the installation of ELOU-AT-2 was completed. As a result, the plant's capacity reached 300 thousand tons per year.
